I conducted quantitative research to determine the CoC certification adoption and assessed the state of innovation in the BC value-added wood products sector. This involved researching and compiling a database of the BC value-added wood products manufacturers; designing and implementing the survey instrument, and performing statistical analysis of the data. I also developed a change management model to be used as a framework for implementing a change in the BC value-added wood products sector.
